A multiethnic approach and empowerment
Our founder’s multiethnic identity and varied psychosocial expertise inform an approach attentive to cultural realities. We support each person’s strengths, choices and autonomy. Our services are offered in the Montréal region.
Individual and family support
Free psychosocial support for the public, primarily for adolescents, adults, parents and families. We listen, clarify needs, explore everyday strategies and help people connect with appropriate resources.
Workshops for groups
Workshops are free for community organizations. Conditions for schools, businesses and other settings are clarified before confirmation. Topics, tools, duration and participation are adapted with the host organization.
A clear scope
We do not offer psychotherapy, make diagnoses or carry out reserved professional assessments. Our services complement medical and specialized care and are not emergency services.
First contact and referrals
Contact us directly or through a partner, with the required consent. Share contact details and a general reason for your request; avoid sensitive information in ordinary email or a booking.
Languages and appointments
French, English and Arabic. Spanish support depends on availability. By appointment, Monday to Friday, 4:00–8:30 p.m.
